Stayed here for 4nights, good location, not to far to walk to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. The room was nice, but the pillows on the beds were awful. So bad it was awful to sleep. Towels were changed daily. We had breakfast and found this really nice. Staff were all friendly too....

Stayed for 3 nights the start of December. Hotel was clean and rooms were lovely we did both struggle with the pillows so ended up using the small pillows and the throws from end of bed to bulk it up abit. Hotel is a good location in our opinion was close enough to walk into centre. Staff were lovely and friendly and reception staff always said hello and bye when you went past. Stayed here for 5 nights on our recent visit to Krakow. Rooms look vey similar to the photo's on booking sites which isn't always the case when it comes to booking accommodation.
Very handy for the old town with only a short 5/10 mins walk, also pretty handy for the Jewish Quarter which is only a short tram ride away too. Few shops/restaurants on the doorstep too which was pretty handy.

Stayed here for our 3 night stay in Krakow and it was everything we needed. Fantastic location - less than a 10 minute walk to the main square. Rooms were modern and clean. The photos on the website actually look identical to the room we stayed in! Staff were friendly and helpful. Really would recommend....
