Stayed here for 5 nights on our recent visit to Krakow. Rooms look vey similar to the photo's on booking sites which isn't always the case when it comes to booking accommodation.
Very handy for the old town with only a short 5/10 mins walk, also pretty handy for the Jewish Quarter which is only a short tram ride away too. Few shops/restaurants on the doorstep too which was pretty handy.

Stayed here for our 3 night stay in Krakow and it was everything we needed. Fantastic location - less than a 10 minute walk to the main square. Rooms were modern and clean. The photos on the website actually look identical to the room we stayed in! Staff were friendly and helpful. Really would recommend....

Hot Breakfast served cold with hair on it, informed staff who offered no solution just did sorry
Hotel staff very young and inexperienced so if you ask for something you have to manage them and keep asking for it

We stayed at the hotel 10th June for 4 nights. The hotel was very nice. Before we went asked for a room for my daughter near us as we had 2 rooms. Emailed me back straight away and we had rooms next to each other. Staff very friendly and helpful asked them to order a taxi for us and they did it straight away and let us know when it had arrived. We also kept our rooms on for a few hours and they didnt charge us....
