The hotel is in a very old building and does not have any lifts. My room was on the third floor at the back of the building. Room was huge and the bathroom was big as well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is continental and quite filling.

Perfect location on the old Royal road in Old Town. You can walk easily to all the sights. Although our room wasnt completely clean when we entered, the front desk apologized and offered to give us a different room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a/c, a blessing in the hot weather. The breakfast was adequate but not extensive: eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again....

Location is super central and convenient.
The room we got was spacious though third floor with no lift... Fine for us but di think about it if you have problem with stairs!
Breakfast had a good mix of food. No pastries but always a choice of two cakes, hot food (eggs, bacon and hot dogs).
Bags stored at the entrance, no safe room.
Staff were extremely nice and wanting to accommodate.
A 3* accommodation. Good choice...

We slept here for 2 nights, and there was nothing to complain about! Very nice staff and nice clean rooms. Hotel is very central so you don't have to walk very far. If we come back to Krakow we will stay here again....

We chose this hotel because of its position in the old town. They arranged airport pick up as we were arriving late evening very easy. The hotel is in a prime position on the Royal walk pedestrian precinct surrounded by little bars and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff, nice big clean room well appointed. Very good choice of food for breakfast and plenty of it.Discount for residents in the bar too.Would not even loo...
