I was so welcomed by the staff that made me happy and relaxed, the location of the hotel was the best the breakfast was one of the best I have eaten the service was remarkable front desk the room restaurant bar the staff was doing everything to make me feel welcome and they succeeded. This hotel is highly recommended by me and Im with a lot of hotels experience, who reads this review and coming to Krakow dont think...

Highly recommend, great location, friendly staff

Great location, 5 min walk to the old town center and was easy to walk to other areas like Jewish quarter 10-15min.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which made the experience special.
Rooms were clean and spacious and we were happy with amenities.
I would highly recommend and would stay there again if we travel back to krakow!...

Fantastic hotel. In a good location and only a 5 minute walk into old town. Its right next to the bus pick up point for some of the tours which is very handy.
Staff are friendly and rooms cleaned and tidy.
Breakfast was lovely. Good choice of cooked and cold.
Would definitely stay here when we visit Krakow again....

Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic Central Location with Staff that couldnt do more to make your stay enjoyable

The Hotel staff were all amazing and could not do more to make our stay very pleasant especially Robert the concierge who made sure that we received our packed lunch , which was fantastic , when we went on our trips to Auschwitz and Salt Mines and also let us have a late check out on our departure. Overall a great hotel , great location with great staff....

My husband and I went to Krakow and stayed at the Holiday inn for 5 nights it was such a lovely break, fantastic staff and management couldn't ask for more really made our time in Poland a great experience would stay here again loved our room the bed was very comfortable such a great hotel....
