Clean,friendly staff, breakfast fab, thank you to Robert/manager who sorted our Aushwitz tour at short notice.Location perfect for old Town and Jewish quarter.The only blip was the quality of pizza ordered with room service. Will be a returning customer....

Great hotel, bang in the middle of a lovely city.

Lovely comfortable hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of the main square. Very friendly and helpful staff which made our short stay even more enjoyable. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel as eating out in the town is always a big part of our holiday wherever we go. But we enjoyed the breakfast at the Holiday Inn every morning, which was superb....

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel for four nights and everything met our expectations. The staff were really polite and helpful, always there for us. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The only problem we encountered was that the bathtub was really high and a bit difficult to get in and out. Otherwise, it was perfect....

Staff went the extra mile, most helpful. When seeking help regarding train time and details, the reception went the extra mile to contact the service involved and got all the details for me. They could easily and understandable just given me the address/website but they did that for me and then updated me. Excellent service...

Hotel is old and run down, rooms are grubby and floors scuffed etc. Ours looked out over a dirty courtyard and we were woken up by bins getting moved around. Put in a room with an adjoining door, and a random other guest kept trying to open the door and making lots of noise. The breakfast had loads of food but disappointingly vegan sausages were out of stock every day on our trip. TV is tiny and low quality. Only pos...
