Nice Hotel!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the staff is nice and the breakfast is awesome! There is a spa in the lower level with pool, hot tub and sauna. There is a restaurant on sitebut next door at the Double Tree is a very nice restaurant called 5th Avenue with a wonderful menu! I would stay here again!...

The hotel staff was very nice, polite and professional. The hotel has buffet breakfast included and it had a nice spread and was constantly being refilled.
But it is extremely hot in Krakow now and the hotel's air-conditioning was just not able to cope with the heat. It was like staying in a sauna. The reception was very apolitical, but that did not ease our discomfort....

Everything was perfect.
Very good price, location is good ( its 45 minutes walking to main square it s not dangerous at all or 7 minutes walking to trams.
All the employees are so nice and helpful.
Breakfast was really good so many options!!! And fresh!
The best of this hotel is Mickola ( night shift auditor) he helped me a lot and he went the extra mile on service !!! Thats the way you treat a diamond member...

Nice hotel in a quiet spot

Great hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Stayed on a BandB basis which worked well for us as we were out early exploring Krakow. Easy to get to from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes by car. A short walk to the tram stop for the tram into the old town, which is around £5 for a day card with unlimited use.
Food for breakfast was nice with a huge choice.

Good hotel in the middle of nowhere. We ended there by mistake as we made reservation for airport Hampton by Hilton. Apperently those hotels are managed by different companies. Great, superclean place with unbelievable gym. It is strange that swimming pool is not free for guests. At this time there is nothing good around hotel...
