Funny the prompt should suggest fluffy pillows... most definitely not here! Bit lacking in the pillow department. Room bit on the too-hot side.
Well located for the central market and tourist sites.
This is a pretty, elegant hotel but pretty lifeless. You do not get the feeling of being especially welcomed at reception which was very thinly manned throughout.
Breakfast was ok without being spectacular.

It was a really great experience. This hotel is a pearl in Krakow.
Closer everywhere, on foot. It has great potential. The Mirror Hall is breathtaking. The staff on the front desk always welcomes with a smile. I love places like this. I can feel history here.
I'll recommend it....

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect for the old town, but it is soulless, reception did nothing but check us in, we had to ask for tea and milk - no additional information at all. If you want to watch anything on TV after an exhaustive day of sightseeing make sure you download onto a tablet - there are NO English channels at all. It is very clean though, but you may have to ask for extra pillows as ...

Staying at Grand Hotel Krakow takes you to the 19th century, you will be surrounded of History! Every single room is luxury decorated.
Great location in old town, 100m from the Market square. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Iza, Kamila and Darius who helped us buying Salt mine and Auschwitzs tickets. Alex (luggage guy), the boys and Patricia from the restaurant.

Nice hotel, inside the Old Town, I loved their breakfast. Small sizes, so you can taste many things. Last morning we couldnt attend breakfast because we had to go to the airport. So we got a nice pack with sandwiches, fruits, water and even fresh coffee to go. Thank you for kindness and attention....
