Fantastic Mini Break

We decided to take a short mini break as neither myself or my partner had been before. We arrived at the hotel early on the Sunday morning and were greeted by very friendly staff at the reception. We couldnt check in until the afternoon but they kindly took our suitcase for us so we could go explore the old town.

Lovely quiet hotel, just 5 minutes from Main square, ideal base for trips. Staff attentive., friendly & helpful. I am happy to recommend and would return in a shot. I have coeliac so the fact that chef/staff are fully aware is brilliant , I even had my own special breakfast, much appreciated...

Modern 4* hotel with great service from all the staff. Rooms very clean and well fitted out with all the things you would expect from this grade of hotel. Breakfast selection tremendous and cosy bar. Hotel is really well positioned just a few minutes walk from the centre, easy access to trams. Would certainly book again

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean great choice for breakfast and all staff polite and helpful.
Our first visit to krakow and what a beautiful city.
The hotel was outstanding and only made our visit more enjoyable.
We will be back again very soon....

We arrived on Friday and stayed for 3 nights the hotel was lovely, it was clean & modern, the room was very clean, the water dispenser is an amazing idea, the bathroom was very clean and modern, the shower was amazing. Tea, coffee facilties provided also a fridge, my only criticism was that only 2 little milks were provided daily in the room, although extra was given on request, but this is just personal preference a...
