Our first visit to Krakow. What a lovely hotel, situated within an easy 7 to 10 minute walk to the main square on foot, depending on whether you choose the most direct route, or via Florians gate, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and artists.
Our room had everything we needed, was always kept clean and was quiet.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights. A very clean and very well run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can't complain about anything apart from the coffee machine in the bar not being able to be used after 9 pm. We thought this was rather early as like to have a coffee before bed. There was coffee in the room, but only creamer was available, and it was not nice.

Stayed here for 4 days with my wife who has mobility issues.
Accessibility: Excellent, reception and access to the rooms, restaurant and other facilities fully accessible nice big lift as well.
Location: 5 minute walk into the centre, couple of bars, a shop and cafes in the immediate area of the hotel, road outside accessible for taxis etc.

What a find a really lovely modern hotel .Very comfortable clean warm & cosy in very cold November just like home from home!! Location was brilliant 10 min stroll to main square. Breakfast was just perfect fresh fruit choice was the best lve ever had . Would highly recommend this great hotel ....
