Have been here less than 4 hours and can only say thos Hotel is probably one of the best I/we have ever visited, spottlessly clean, brilliant bar and the staff cant do enough for you, absolutely 10 out of 10! can only recommend and definately will be back!...

What can I say hotel lovely clean and very nice welcome,in great position for walking to lots of places
All the staff we dealt with were fantastic
Breakfast excellent
We did not eat in restaurant but what we saw looked good

The hotel in general is ok for a short break which we did (Fri - Mon). The room was fine if alittle small for 3 single beds, the extra bed my son slept on wasn't comfortable. There was no milk in the room to have with tea we had to ask for some. The room was cleaned, fresh towels everyday but for some reason the bath robes were just dumped on the chair in a heap. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the staff...

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at the Galaxy Hotel. We were very pleased with every part of the hotel. All the staff we came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Or room was on the 6th floor and we had a view over the river. The selection at breakfast was amazing and there was something for everyone. the staff were constantly replenishing the food and drinks. Good hotel, but.. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but if you want to use them - there is no free space. You should preferably sign up a few days in advance. Even though it is included in the price, I couldn't take advantage of it. This is discouraging. This influenced my assessment....
