Currently in room 122 pillows are about completely unfluffy the bed has given me scolioses found a pubic hair on my pillow and thats before eitan started humping it however beds were extremely bouncy suitible for a nice night if you know what I mean the staff are absolute bums they need to get there head out of there ass. Carpets were quite nice....

Ive never experienced a more delightful pillow. Oh so fluffy and clean, a bed suited for a king. Spotless upon arrival, could not recommend higher. Hotel located in an extremely convenient area, incredible access to all sites and attractions in the local area. Toilet paper so light and prevented difficulty wiping. Air conditioning completed the most incredible experience. Could not reccomend The Eden Hotel in Krakow...

stayed 3 nights, great location, no problems, my room was huuuuge, more like an apartment, the balcony at the back was a nice quiet space, i had breakfast included which was decent and all for a good price. access to rooms good with elevator. nice....

Possibly the most culturally appropriate, warmest and welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was wonderful and immaculately clean. They honestly made our stay the best part of the trip. Its positioning is perfect for krakov and its many things to see. Cant recommend enough...

What a delightful hotel. We were very happy with our choice,
The location is perfect. Located in the Jewish Quarter, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants and it is an easy walk to the Old Town.
The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water.
Breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold things. We actually really enjoyed the breakfast.
