A beautiful boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the Main Square. Impeccable service, roomy and comfortable rooms, excellent fare, hard to criticise. From the moment you enter the front door you know you will be looked after by the friendly smiling staff, a feeling that lasts u til you leave. A proper 5 star hotel....

Gracefully Medieval Luxury in an Ancient City

We visited Kraków and the Hotel Copernicus as the last leg of a long trip around Europe, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is historic and beautiful, with gracious staff and the perfect location.

Wonderful speedway stay...

We stayed here as a group attending the speedway grand Prix .From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special with hotel info printed on speedway headed paper.
Speedway was even put on in the bar on Sunday The staff were amazing and when we all came back from speedway no probs getting served at the bar and in the restaurant
Breakfast brill..Rooms clean and spacious.

Exceptional hotel with 5 Stars Staff -
My family stayed in the hotel and the team there absolutely did everything to make their holiday special ( it was my partner birthday ) and they upgraded them plus put chocolate and a lovely card in her room.
Beautiful hotel & a very pretty and quiet street of Krakow .

well situated for viewing the city. extremely comfortable and rooms a good size, beds comfy and sopas and shampoos from L'occitaine are high quality. staff friendly and helpful. food was delicious and spa treatments were very good indeed. a wonderful place to stay whilst in Krackow...
