Wonderful speedway stay...

We stayed here as a group attending the speedway grand Prix .From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special with hotel info printed on speedway headed paper.
Speedway was even put on in the bar on Sunday The staff were amazing and when we all came back from speedway no probs getting served at the bar and in the restaurant
Breakfast brill..Rooms clean and spacious.
Home from home ..Location great as well.

Exceptional hotel with 5 Stars Staff -
My family stayed in the hotel and the team there absolutely did everything to make their holiday special ( it was my partner birthday ) and they upgraded them plus put chocolate and a lovely card in her room.
Beautiful hotel & a very pretty and quiet street of Krakow .

well situated for viewing the city. extremely comfortable and rooms a good size, beds comfy and sopas and shampoos from L'occitaine are high quality. staff friendly and helpful. food was delicious and spa treatments were very good indeed. a wonderful place to stay whilst in Krackow...

Boutique style hotel in the old town

Received a very nice welcome when checking in to this boutique style hotel and have to say that the service was excellent throughout the 4 day stay from every staff member. The hotel itself is situated in the old town and not far away from the main square or Wawel castle, there are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

We have always enjoyed Relias and Chateau hotels. This one was special. We purchased a dinner package and were not disappointed. Our dinner was probably our top food experience of our three week journey. Breakfast each day was equally as good. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
