Great hotel in perfect location

Great hotel in the centre of Krakow, very efficient and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Well equipped bedrooms, spotlessly clean and changed daily. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice . Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city...

Great hotel: staff : breakfast and location: however I cant believe that no one has mentioned how small the bedrooms are. They are really small and as a couple we struggled to get ready at the same time, There is a double bed in there with a wardrobe a desk with two chairs that is not really needed: it takes up to much room. Great stay in December 2024.
Good clean room. We were at the back of the property so noise was not really a problem. Shower was excellent! Room was very hot but we turned the heating off completely and it was fine!
Breakfast was very good, always a fantastic selection of both hot and cold food, and we never had a problem finding a table.

As others have said the location of this hotel is great. 5 minutes to the castle and Main square. 10 minutes directly down to the Jewish Quarter, and 15 minutes the opposite direction is the main shopping Galleria. I found breakfast quite adequate although some items remain a mystery to me and maybe some labelling would help?

Female staff on arrival very rude and unhelpful when company had booked the wrong room. Must have forgot customer is always right when she made a show of me
Infront of my boyfriend whose birthday it was.
On the second day bed was changed and found blood on the sheets not ours. Disgusting. When asked to change the bed male on desk was apologetic and got sheets changed.
Breakfast was not nice and not worth the money do...
