The hotel was absolutely an amazing experience so clean bedlinen fresh white cotton , staff so friendly helpful could not do anymore to make you welcome , breakfast was really good defiantly should be 4 * location right where you want to be i will be back...

The hotel staff are helpful and friendly from first meeting to check out. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. The single beds do feel a bit small when you're used to sleeping in a bigger bed but this is a minor issue.
The other slight downside is carrying cases up steps from the lift to the room so if you're not able to do this it may be a problem however I'm sure the hotel staff would h...

Great place
Good value for money, a great place to stay at the centre of everything.
Good prices, food was ok, didn't try restaurant in evening but had buffet breakfast, good choice of food to cater to everyone. The hotel itself was warm and spotless, with a nice little bar. Staff were very helpful, barman was great, lovely guy. Helpful reception....

A very handy location within less than 5 minutes walk of Old Town and Kazimierz. Reception staff polite and helpful, breakfast buffet not too bad (labelling would be helpful for some of the choices?), superior room at the back of the hotel was very spacious with high ceiling, comfy beds and well-equipped. I arrived by train and the station was close enough to walk to the hotel. Although initially allocated a small room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard, reception arranged for me to move across the corridor to one at the front of the hotel overlooking the street and park opposite.
