Extremely basic hotel. Breakfast was awful. Tv has no English channels or no options to watch Netflix etc. Beds extremely small and pillows very poor quality. Some staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to places to eat and local transport. Overall very basic....

Arrival staff so friendly.
Room basic but very clean and comfy
Lovely hot water and heating
Good location for trams into the city square
Fast food and supermarket minutes walk away
What let's this hotel down.....
Some staff very rude ( young girl...says yeah when approached...no smile )
Breakfast staff man is rude walks away when you are talking to him
They don't like you asking them to clean the tables

Came for 4 nights and it was great.. nice and warm..room clean.. linen and towels changed daily.. shower hot and strong.. bar/breakfast area bright and cozy.. staff were very welcoming and informative.. helped with booking trips and taxis... tram stop 2 mins away to old town (the no 8 and 10) breakfast wasnt the best but thats a personal choice others seemed happy enough.. would stay again...

Me and my friend stayed here last week and we had no warm welcome and it said was great Western and it wasn't took ages to find and no street lights all dark rooms were dirty was only 2 members of staff that spoke had holes in the curtains only good things was WiFi and AC just wasnt a good experience unfortunately ...

The room was clean. The air conditioning was noisy.We only had 1 key to share .Limited seating at breakfast.
The breakfast was tasty but lacked on choice.
Staff very helpful and Excellent transport connections.The hotel reception and corridors very clean.
Staff happy to organise day trips for us.Staff helpful giving information ,directions etc....
