When I seen the entrance door in the street, I thought yikes! What is this place going to be like?
Room was very large with ample furniture, decorated in old fashioned European style.
The bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the room.
The bedding was good quality.
We looked right into Grodzka street, which is the main street, and only about 100m from the main square.
It was a bit of a hike up 3 marble staircase...

Quaint apartment in old town. Close to all amenities. The apartment was clean and suited our needs. We were on the 3rd floor and the apartment was quiet. Check in is at hotel Santi round the corner and the staff were pleasant. Would suit couples....

Great service from the hotel, who went out of their way to allow us to check in early, looking after our bags so we could have a walk around Krakow whilst they prepared our room. They rang us when it was ready and the check in was smooth. The Aparthotel is superbly located and, although being on a busy street it can get a little noisy at times, we didnt notice it and slept very well. The rooms are spacious and comfo...

Beautiful little single room on the 3rd floor. Had everything I needed, and air-conditioning and fridge were a huge plus.
Check-in was easy at Santi Hotel round the corner, and the lovely staff's English was a million times better than my Polish! Reception is also manned 24/7 (unlike mentioned on some booking sites). I'd emailed a few days in advance as I knew I'd arrive after 10pm but was reassured quickly that I w...

Brilliant location, and a good apartment on 5th floor 5.2.
A bit noisy at night but vibrant part of Krakow.
Comfy bed, good shower and check in and out at Santi hotel round the corner as is breakfast which is good.
I would definitely recommend. Booked as easyJet package. Everywhere is walkable from the apartment even Schindler factory...
