We had to go to a different hotel to get codes to get into our hotel and room.
The room itself was very nice although we asked for housekeeping 3 times and it wasnt actually done til the 3rd request. There was a couple of defects which were done straight away .
There was only one pillow each on the bed which was 2ft square, more like cushions than pillows.

Avoid this place , how jet 2 can sell this is beyond me, first noise from the trams directly outside this busiest junction in krakow, its horrendous , the trams start at 04;30am until 11:00 pm. You get no sleep whatsoever. No reception,you have to walk 10 mins round the corner to get a code for the door and when inside, one for your room., not very good when you arrive at 10:30 at night.We only had one curtain on o...

Krakow is a great place to visit! But we should have read the reviews of the hotel more thoroughly as, although we booked bed & breakfast, the latter was in a sister hotel 10+ minutes walk away! Luckily no rain in the mornings. And we had to collect the door codes from another 3-4 minutes the opposite way. Our original room (105) was incredibly noisy as at night, the basement bar customers sat on the pavement tables ...

Great central location on a very busy crossroads for trams and traffic alike. Noise is 24 hours a day. No air con in room or way of cooling the room as sun was in through the window through the day. Bed is not big enough to share with another person. Bed is not a double as booked. Reception around the corner from hotel. Asked for house keeping midway through stay and nothing happened.

Great stay, - apartment just what you need for somewhere to sleep. Room had air con but wasnt sure how to use it and a fan too the fan was brilliant as it was hot when we were in krakow.
Hotel about 10 minute walk if that to the square. Shop next door to hotel.
No fridge in room, new modern bathroom, very powerful shower. Tv had Netflix YouTube etc
