Perfect stay near the centre

Couldnt fault this hotel, it is spotless with towels etc changed each day. Rooms are spacious and heating/air con is good. The decor is lovely, finishing touches really made a difference. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Its about 15 minutes walk to the old town but still very central with local bars and restaurants....

Krakow stay

We had booked a suite but it was unavailable so the hotel provided us with connecting rooms instead. Underground parking was a plus as was the location of the hotel. We received daily water bottles and tea/coffee service in the rooms. Nice place to stay...

A weekend break for three

A weekend break for three of us. Booked on line to be near the old town and it didn't disappoint. In fact it was excellent. Excellent rooms, very good food, good service. Altogether first class. We booked a parking space which wasn't available when we arrived, but they sorted us out with a temporary space. Facilities were excellent.
The hotel is in the Jewish part of town with vehicular access front and rear.

Nice clean hotel with daily room service, complimentary water bottles and teabags/coffee sachets and kettle. Staff are also very friendly and eager to assist. One can also book tours to historical places in and around Krakow through the hotel....

Beautiful Hotel

What a beautiful hotel. We had a suite and it was so modern and the cleanest place, spotless. We ate in the restaurant a few times. The evening menu is delicious and very reasonable. The staff are sll so friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the centre of everything. Would highly recommend. If we visit Poland again we would definitely stay here...
