The hotel I always prefer during my trips to Istanbul is a place where every detail is considered to satisfy the guests. The staff is excellent. In one word, it's a wonderful place.
I would like to especially thank Mr. Osman Emir, who contributes to the positive energy during breakfast every morning.

Everything was good, but I didnt expect to pay a depositit was only mentioned after I had made the full payment, which felt a bit like a trap. I did receive the deposit back without any issues, but it would be better to communicate this upfront, before the full payment is made....

The location of the hotel is great, upmarket street with plenty of options to dine and walk all day. The room was well appointed with luxurious of a modern hotel. The breakfast was lavish and the tea/ coffee breaks during the conferencing days were exceptional. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Would surely stay at this hotel again when I visit with my family to Istanbul on the next vacation....
