Room was stylishly decorated and our top floor had a couch on the landing which was a nice touch so it didnt feel as sterile as other hotels can.
Nikita on reception was delightful and provided an excellent kebab recommendation. Other staff were also friendly and able to answer public transport questions.

The warmth of my welcome, the charm of the staff and the comfort of my room were superb.
The Soul is lovely.
Location is excellent. Very easy to access everything. The active commercial and entertainment area is close by but not close enough to be a disturbance.
Karaoke, with its ferry service and wonderful cafes and restaurants, just down the hill.
Id definitely stay here again.

I arrived in Istanbul at the end of a very tough day. The warmth of the welcome I received at The Soul by the beautiful staff was amazingly kind and considerate.
Then I was shown to my room. It was so beautifully presented, clean and welcoming that another layer of stress just lifted away.

We had a fabulous long weekend stay at The Soul Hotel, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's in a superb location within easy walking distance to cafes, bars and shops and only a 10 minute walk to the Galata Tower. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet and they'd thought of everything! We'll definitely be back....

Had a wonderful stay at The Soul Hotel in Istanbul.
The staff were fantastic. They were kind, willing, enthusiastic and helpful. I mostly dealt with Narghiiz, Nikita and Nizam and they were all wonderful. They shared their local knowledge with enthusiasm and helped me find my way around and suggested several places for me to visit.
