Not our choice - It was where our Intrepid tour began and finished. Our first stay of 2 nights we give a 1 star. Not welcoming at all and communication with reception was difficult. Our stay got worse with room 101. Relentless noise from the street below, as if the window was open, the air-conditioning unit unusable due to a very loud whistle, the shower leaked badly over the small bathroom floor and no bath mat was ...

The hotel is located at very conveniently centre place. Courteous staff, house keeping etc all good. Breakfast is very good but they repeat the same daily. They must change menu frequently. Everything is good. I will prefer this hotel for my trip in Istanbul....

Small room, street noise & light

I stayed here a total of 4 nights at the start & conclusion of an Intrepid tour. The room was small and badly designed eg the table and chair were unusable. I didnt sleep well because of street noise and light from signage on the front of the hotel shining through the full length window. There were heavy curtains on the window but they werent long enough to cover the whole length so the light and noise were unrel...

What was very good about the hotel was the location and the breakfast..The rooms were very, very small even by european standards. At night the light shining into the room, which means the curtians were inadequate. The noice from the street, not enough sound proofing of the rooms. The reception staff wer not helpful at all.. Overall a bad experience..A place i would not recommend to stay considering how many hotels t...

From the moment we checked in with Melissa at the front desk to our checkout, we had an incredible stay! The staff is AMAZING - very attentive, caring and generous! We arrived in the wee hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed and as a result woke up just after breakfast was technically done being served. The manager was so kind and told us not to worry and that they would accommodate us - which they did...
