The stay here was comfortable, especially thanks to Agus, a young man who works in the hotel restaurant. He is a very positive, open and kind person, with whom it is pleasant to communicate and who will always help with any issue. Any hotel is primarily about people and the atmosphere they create. In this regard, the hotel benefits greatly on the basis of Agus....

i had the most amazing time here. the staff were so friendly (Anwaar the cleaner and Suzan the restaurant staff in particular). apart from a few hiccups on two of the days with the wifi not working, other than that it was great. rooms are clean....

Hotel was very nice and stuff where great.The restaurant food was very delicious and the waiter Ali was very nice and helpful. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a really nice view all stuff was excellent.The only thing that I did not enjoy was in lobby to get coffee cost 8euro because it was Starbucks...

Thereare so many options for breakfast. The food prepared by Precious and Rukiye was delicious, they are so kind and always smiling.
Everybody is polite and very nice.
The bed are super comfortable I dont want to get up! Its a great option in Istanbul, the location is convenient...
