A 2 star hotel

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. If you are from the West it will be torture to sleep on their beds. The light system in te room is by all accounts meant to inconvenience your stay. Elevators not always work and in general the hotel lacks in hospitality. Not worth what they charge for this place....

The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient access to the main attractions in Istambul and very close to Karakoy, a bohemian and vibrant neighborhood with its cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by Anas and Sahar who went above and beyond to ensure our utmost comfort. We really enjoyed the spa service to relax and unwind before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Our room had 16 ceilings with meticulous artwork from floor to ceiling. As someone who has stayed in dozens of boutique or luxury hotels both in Turkey and abroad, I applaud this hotel and its staff for giving me the worst experience I have ever had. They agreed to use the bridal preparation room at a very exorbitant price. Although it was stated that it would be used for bridal preparation, they never changed the check-in time from 15:00 and the room was reserved for 2 days. But their a...
