I had the worst travel experience with this hotel, so I had to end my 7-night trip after only two nights. When I arrive at a hotel, the first thing I do is check the mattresses to make sure they are clean and free of bed bugs. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the room was ready. Unfortunately, the room was located in a busy loud area towards the street where I could hear a loud disco. In the morning, I asked to change the room and the room was upgraded for free to a suite on the top floor. The top floor room was large and quiet. Comfortable stay and great location. I had a one night stay at the hotel. The photos I saw on the website gave the impression of a grand looking hotel. I was surprised to find that the hotel was modest looking with a modest lobby. I was pleasantly surprised that my room was spacious and comfortable and I had a balcony.
The hotel is a short walk to Taxim square with its many shops and restaurants.

Mediocre hotel for the price it charges!
From the outside looks like a dingy place but the rooms are quite nice, strong wifi. Bathroom cleanliness can definitely be improved!
We had an early morning flight in and Cem helped in providing us Room 702 (top floor) straight in which was much appreciated (post 20 hour flight).

The positives about this hotel:
The staff, who are exceptionally pleasant and helpful, noticible was the unusually large amount of different staff that man the reception desk, some don't speak English.
Location is about 5-7 mins walk to Taksim Square.
The rooms are a fair size.
The Negatives:
Breakfast is dire, tasteless, and lacking any imagination.
The juice is the supermarkets' cheapest.
