A very affordable great hotel perfectly located for tourists

This is a wonderful hotel where the staff is clearly focused on guest service and comfort. The front-desk staff is professional, courteous and friendly. They all speak very good English. The rooms are _very_ comfortable and well-decorated in a Turkish style. The cleaning staff do not speak English, but they are friendly and their service is excellent.

The staff are amazing willing to help in anyway to make your stay at the hotel great experience! Engin, Ziya, Batu, Emel, Zuelkefl at the front desk Tucha at the restaurant were very nice and welcoming!

Lovely Hotel in Prime Location (Old Town Istanbul)

From the moment we walked into this lovely hotel we were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The decor and atmosphere are inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sixth floor restaurant with a panoramic view of old town Istanbul is awe inspiring. The rooms are luxurious. The service is excellent. This is definitely the place to stay in old town Istanbul....

The staff were excellent : helpful, happy to help, and genuinely nice. The location of the hotel is great, near all the major sites. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, with plenty available. The restaurant where we had breakfast had amazing views both day and night. The hotel is a bit old and needs updating, although for a 4 night stay it was fine....

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class is a 4* hotel located a couple of blocks away from the main tourist sites of Istanbul, which is a major advantage of staying in this hotel.
