I have enjoyed the facilities especially the fitness center. I have been trained by one of the most excellent, pleasant and capable trainer. She very accommodating and encouraging. I highly recommend to be part of her classes or being trained by her. Her name is Elif...

Background: We are a party of 4 travelling around Europe for 10 days prior to Istanbul for 5 nights - our final destination before returning to our normality in different countries.

The good:
1. From far the resort looks amazing. It has everything that one would want in a holiday resort. Huge pool, beautiful views, amazing restaurants , huge and super well equipped gym and sports facilities .
2. Service recovery by the management team was good given what bad hardware they had to deal with . We could see we were not the only guest that had issues with the hotel. Seemed like every other guest had ...

Great Place! Amazing Contemporary Istanbul Event!
I came here to visit the Contemporary Event. I did not have the chance to stay however I really would like to stay with my next trip to Istanbul. I had the chance to try enjoy the terrace with a beautiful view. The Lobby is just WOW! Very friendly and hospitable staff also I was not staying they did treat me as a guest. I think thats turkish hospitality....
