It was a nice experience. The hotel location is convenient and all types of transportation are available in front of the hotel. The room service were all kind and caring and makes your day with their welcome. Of course, the reason for my rating of the hotel is because of the receptionist Fatima. Modern hotel in a good location right across from metro and bus stops. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is good. I would stay here again ..:.,.,,,,,,,,,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,;;;;.....

I love this place, very clean, staff are very friendly, close to train and bus station, breakfast was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I got a lot of help from front desk about tourist places and shoppings in istanbul. They also have starbucks....

Fátima has excellent customer services. She is very attentive. Her and the staff gave me wonderful suggestions on places to eat and to go. If youre looking for somewhere comfortable I would suggest there. Another thing I liked is they always greeted me when I entered the hotel...
