terrible service! they tried scamming us with their kids policy! i regret my choice with this hotel never trying it again and i dont encourage anyone to have a reservation in it. the rooms are so nasty and smells really bad, even the room service was bad....

Central location and friendly staff

Good choice if you want to stay somewhere close to Taksim. The rooms are very spacious and clean, gym is good and there is also a spa with Turkish hammam. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the metro station is right around the corner, so its easy to get to other parts of the city fast and avoiding the traffic during the rush hour....

Avoid concierge

In general we had a good time staying there. Food was average and staff are friendly.
we were not happy with the concierge person who was introduced to us by her watsapp number as Hiba. Hotel quoted us of Airport pick up price of 50 Euroes from IST to the hotel. Hiba did not answer watsapp text for days and when finally she rellied only asked for name of passengers and flight. she said she has lost her phone and that...

As a regular guest to ramada plaza city centre for five times, i can say that it's the best hotel i have tried in istanbul, with its professional service and staff, cleanliness, amazing hospitality, welcoming reception, everything was perfect. Superb location if you want to stay in the European side of Istanbul. right in front of metro station Osmanbay. 2 Mins away from all the eating joints, Starbucks, Shake Shack, Cafe Nero, Zucca Pizza and many more local eateries.
rooms are very comfortable. Very courteous staff. Neat and clean Hotel
an excellent breakfast, and a good spread for vegetarians too.
