Great hotel

I just checked out from the hotel. It's one of the best hôtels in osmanbey .the staff members are very welcoming and helpful , especially Eray at the reception desk
The hotel has a great location close to the metro station and so many restaurants arround with local food
I will difently come back ...

The Hotel itself was Fabulous...
Great staff and Welcoming Vibes.

But the Spa / Humum management which is separate from the Hotel was apauling and insulting.
They totally ripped us off.. we brought a package of ten sessions for 15,000 TL . But then they wanted to charge 2 sessions for doing the full 2 hours service.. be aware this is way too much to pay for a humum and massage. It

terrible service! they tried scamming us with their kids policy! i regret my choice with this hotel never trying it again and i dont encourage anyone to have a reservation in it. the rooms are so nasty and smells really bad, even the room service was bad....

Central location and friendly staff

Good choice if you want to stay somewhere close to Taksim. The rooms are very spacious and clean, gym is good and there is also a spa with Turkish hammam. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the metro station is right around the corner, so its easy to get to other parts of the city fast and avoiding the traffic during the rush hour....

In general we had a good time staying there. Food was average and staff are friendly.
we were not happy with the concierge person who was introduced to us by her watsapp number as Hiba. Hotel quoted us of Airport pick up price of 50 Euroes from IST to the hotel. Hiba did not answer watsapp text for days and when finally she rellied only asked for name of passengers and flight. she said she has lost her phone and that...
