First, this is a nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood, much like an upmarket San Francisco or NYC vibe. Great restaurant, probably good meeting services, very nice staff. BUT: We are here at this very moment, day 2 of a 2-night stopover on the way home. We got into our room on arrival, and it was warm (23.8 c.) and the HVAC was off. Radisson Blu Hotel Sisli is located in a wonderful section of the city. I would like to express my appreciation for the Guest Service Shift Leader, OZAN CEM KARATAS. He was very welcoming, polite, very helpful and professional. I had a few special requests, which I voiced to him when checking in.
