The hotel is terrible, the staff enter the room at will

The hotel is poorly managed, and the staff swipes the card to enter the room at will. If you are traveling with a woman, be careful when placing an order. This hotel is insincere, has no privacy, lies, and the hotel environment is also terrible. The room has a peculiar smell, and I feel a sore throat after sleeping for a night....

Nice hotel with nice staff

The hotel was in a great location. We stayed in the attic room, not to be advised if you're very tall, but was fine for us. The bed was comfy the room was clean but the blinds let lots of light in. There's a mosque nearby so we were woken by the call for prayer around 6am every morning.

Staff (esp. Murad) extra helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast . Cleaned and bedding, tea/coffee and toiletteries replaced daily. Decor is a bit dark and dreary but bedding fresh and comfy. Soundproofing not efficient (noises from other room). But perfect location super close to everything (sites and transport links) although uphill to sites....

Excellent staff, very nice and helpful with a smile all the time. Rooms are clean and properly maintained. Breakfast could improve as well as the size of the bed who is small for two people. Excellent and very good location. Close to everything open most of the time. very lively location....

Fantastic experience

I stayed with daughter in the Premist hotel. In the hotel we liked absolutely everything: starting with polite helpful staff and finishing with very delicious breakfast, nearby location of main attractions of Istanbul and millions of restaurants around. Couldnt be happier!!!
Rooms are very clean....
