This is an amazing hotel, with a great location as well as their polite, warm hearted staff, including Blrgui who specifically helped us with our needs in the hotel, she kept us company and really welcomed us in to Istanbul. First stayed here for 4nights early Sept before heading off to tour other areas.
Room 213 was very small, view was non existent, window looked out on a grubby service void at least it was very quiet.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom equally small, amenities were provided.

We had a big room with huge teracce with the best views at bosphorus
Stuff is very helpful.
Location is superb, tram station is 2 minutes away, shopping mall and restaurants also.

The location was great for access to public transport and the team. Galata Port a must-see location in Istanbul is exactly in front of the hotel you can go there easily and enjoy your time. The room was so clean and equipped. The staff is really polite and friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ikler. really you feel safe. we had a great stay here....
