Being vegan after surgery with Mayclinic

I stayed at the hotel after having a surgical procedure, which left me feeling very self conscious and also not able to see very well, so I stayed in my room for the week and had to order from the room service set menu. The Hotel is Overall Very Good And our attendant Called Mehli was very kind,Didnt disappoint.the View from our room was great the breakfast and pool did not disappoint either.the reception was so friendly and helpful I recommend,easily the best hotel I have ever been to in Istanbul....

Although the hotel looks a bit dated, overall our experience in staying in the hotel for a week is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room is really clean and bright. No foul smell anywhere. Im just not a fan of their breakfast coz the menu is the same everyday.. but still again, I would book this hotel again if we go back to Istanbul!...

1st time in Istanbul and it didn't disappoint

This was my 1st time in Istanbul. Came with friends as we're getting treatment done at the Mayclink (hospital and dentist).
The hotel is in easy reach of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The rooms are lovely and cleaned every single day. Had a massage here and it was absolutely fantastic as was my visit to the hair salon.

Housekeeping was very sweet , friendly and helpful . Our housekeeper was Guilten and she was very lovely and welcoming in the mornings and made our rooms very clean and tidy . The rooms were very nice and big , and all the staff were friendly including at breakfast time...
