A beautiful hotel in a good location just a few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of Sultanahmet within 7 minutes. Large, spacious bedrooms and bathroom that look exactly like the images online. Great facilities, I loved the gym! The pool looked good too, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance when we visited. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Fantastic customer serv...

Absolutely scam. No alcohol. 5 star hotel but no alcohol service. Extremely rude staff. I wish , I could give minus star, but unfortunately no option. No view at all. You book an expensive room with balcony just to look at roofs of other buildings. Terrible reception. Threatened as well for alcohol use. Shocked. NEVER, NEVER book thus hotel. Keep away....

This is not a 5 star hotel and any suggestion that it is, is both misleading and misguided. The hotel is tired and cleanliness is lacking. On arrival on the 20th September, I was booked into a Junior Suite with awful side views. We got Ottoman's Life Hotel in September. Our room looked as the advertising photo. The room was nice in national style but old. It was cleen.
Staff brought all for shower everydays. The staff was nice and competent. The hotel manager gave us the card of Istambul so we could take the metro.
Breakfasts was tasty in Turkish style.
I booked the room for not smoking but I got smoky room and holl was smoky.

Nice hotel in a very good location at proximity from public transport, tram & metro. Room size is good, staff is friendly and professional. The area has many groceries, bakeries, restaurants and even pharmacies. We did not encounter any problems and we recommend the place....
