Great Boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Asked for a room with a view and were moved from 4th to 6th floor with lovely view over Golden Horn. Serkhan helped us with our luggage. We asked for an iron which was promptly delivered by Serkhan. Hotel has nice breakfast options in restaurant with view overlooking river and beyond. Tram, ferry and metro all 2mins walk. When we arrived to this hotel we were warmly welcomed by Harun although we were a little bombarded with sales talk for tours almost instantly.
We got shown to our room which had a spectacular view over the Golden Horn and the Bosphorous, but the room is tiny, (apparently all rooms are but the beds were very comfortable but with awful pillows. However, Sedat on reception sourced two beautifully soft pillow for us. ...

Myself and partner stayed for 4 nights. Before arrival, I received regular emails from the hotel and they told me they would be giving us a lovely room as I informed them it was our anniversary and we are excited to visit Istanbul.

The staff was extremely kind, the room was clean and equipped with everything I needed. Very varied breakfast, very good coffee. I also recommend the restaurant for a dinner with a superb view.
A lot of noise in the morning, even though we had a room on the 7th floor, it was still very loud....

Traveled to Istanbul for the first time with friends on recommendation. An excellent hotel in a great location overlooking the water. Courteous & helpful
staff (Serdar Turan). Air conditioning and WiFi. Michelin rated restaurant on top of the hotel with a panoramic view of the city & waterways. Would not hesitate going back again....
