We would not come back here again but they are doing renovations.

the check in was fast, but door of our first room was open, so we asked manager to change it.
He gave us a bigger room, with better smell and it looked cleaner.
They provide toilet paper only at the first cleaning, after that we recommend you to buy it yourself.
Room is not silent and you will hear every noise from outside and inside hotel.

Currently staying at the hotel. This hotel does in no way meet the description or pictures on TripAdvisor or Booking.com websites. Rooms are extremely small, dirty, I've had to fight with staff to have room cleaned. There also seems to be a massive problem with Air Conditioning, The temperature is centrally controlled and set on heater mode. I've had to keep windows open, It's now Day 7! A simple, small hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, large enough for normal use. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is clean. There is free bottled water in the room, as well as the possibility of making coffee or tea. The bathroom is small, but functional. Fresh towels are provided daily. Breakfast is fine. First off Misa hotel staff were wonderful! They were polite, professional and very helpful! They made my first time in Istanbul a lot easier with helpful tips and recommendations of near by restaurants and places to see. They hotel is centrally located and very affordable. we stayed in misa hotel 4 nights. good accessibility to tramway station (Aksaray). neighborhood is quiet(it is important specially at night) .room was clean. good staff.room was too small, smaller than you see in the photos.actually, the bathroom was reallly small! breakfast had a few choices but not bad....
