Great location but not what you pay for !

I got scammed , I booked full sea view rooms early on with extra cost and only got partial sea view rooms !! Mind you the sea is not even showing in those rooms and all I got from the property is we can do nothing and go contact booking.com !!!

Location very good close to local transport links and cruise terminal, staff excellent, kind and professional, the hotel is very clean, restaurants and shops very close by and some sites are easy to get to from the hotel on foot with cruise terminal within 10 minutes easy walking...

Amazing hotel at great location. Public transport is not an issue. Good breakfast with beautiful bosphorus view & staff was so helpful with everything. Rooms & hotel is so clean. Will definitely stay here in future as well. Highly recommended....

Perfect location and friendly staff. Walking distance to Galataport with great shopping and Dining.modern design and clean.
Its located on a main road the windows are well insulated but if youre a light sleeper ask for a room opposite the road.
The Bathrooms are state of the art and spotless....

Strictly not recommended hotel for their price. Unprofessional staf and dirty floor.

Pictures of view and room which is called deluxe in booking.com (25 m) will show review .
During the booking we asked for extra bed for a kid 14 year and the said can do it for extra charge. We paid 50 EUR+ to the price we have already paid in booking 160. Look what we have got.
Dark rooms with no day lights. Even on the 4th floor. ...
