Helpful, informative and very welcoming staff. Excellent location, ideal for exploring the sites of Sultanahmet. Good hearty breakfast with friendly fast service, but having a second toaster and serving strong coffee would work wonders! Room was clean, bed comfy, well worth paying extra and going large. Silly probs with AC/heating (stuck on hot...) and a blocked sink) - we reported and apologetic staff did their best...

Hotel has a great position and assistant managers polite but failed to attend to the problems in an acceptable timeframe.
Hotel was not finished, workman still operating , very small room at the bottom of a well where you could not even see the sky - despite requesting for a room with a view.
We had to take it in turns to walk around the bed, wardrobe light had faulty sensor which continually flashed on and off. I...

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the citys major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. And provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of different options.

Hotel has a very convenient location, its left wing is after renovation. However, it is extremely average, not like other handwritten collection hotels. On the first night there was a problem with a heating now there is a problem with a taxi that is late, not on time. Breakfast is very limited. It is was my first and the last time here. The Mercure nearby is much better....

Excellent new hotel, next to their sister property, it's on a small square, no direct traffic. Great rooms, great service at the desk. The location is unbeatable, to walk to all the main sites is a huge advantage in busy Istanbul. Very good wifi too....
