It seems that this hotel has been rated high for a year or two years ago. It was written on here and other websites that it has breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast at all. They couldn't fix the safe for me after two visits and it was unusable. We did not have hot water for almost a day and a half. The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. We stayed there for 3 night. There is no staff , no service, no breakfast . So much so the staff refused us very rudely that the AC cannot be turned on. There is no bell boy to take the luggage. Rude manager. The rooms are smaller than what they appear on site. Worst experience ever. Feel cheated....

my husband and i stayed here for 4 nights, actually we trusted to the reviews and comments about this place.the location is good and has good access to metro and bus station. the staff were good as well. its breakfast was repetitive all days and somehow it was poor.
