Stayed with my family for 10 days. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. They give free water bottles to each room every dayWhuch is a nice touch. Location is great, busy street and everything is close by. Breakfast isnt the best but okay.Staff are great with easy check in/out except the creepy spa employee call in the middle of the night lol. Overall great experience Id highly recommend...

Great hotel located in the upscale district of Nisantase where all the shops are.
Rooms and service are great with a good price. Rooms get serviced everyday in addition to a good breakfast selection with a good size. Lobby and concierge service....

The hotel is one of the best in Istanbul. The location is perfect with walking distance access to major business and tourist attractions. The metro outside connects to all other districts of Istanbul easily. The staff are super attentive and friendly with constant follow up and feedback. Great hotel and perfect location!
Stayed for 5 nights. Room was luxurious and clean with soft towels and a good huge bed. And then the breakfast buffet, which is amazing and with so much choice!
Friendly staff and service.
We will definitely book this hotel again for our next visit to Istanbul....

Great location next to OSMANBEY metro station, in the heart of shopping hub and very close to famous nisantasi shopping street, the hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes.
The staff are friendly and cooperative, we enjoyed our stay at this home away from home hotel.
The quality of breakfast we ordered through room service was moderate and very basic....
