To be honest I was disappointed. This was may be the worst one in Holiday INN family of hotels.
The only plus was room service.
Breakfast was kinda poor, mainly with local touch and with less continental breakfast items in menu. How even its possible to spoil the scrambled eggs? Or those old, dry pancakes???

it was a great stay in the heart of istanbul. It was our first time in Istanbul we wanted to choose a hotel that is very close to the touristic attractions. This hotel is great in terms of location. The staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay....

We have stayed 3 nights , we have enjoyed aoor stay with Holiday Inn Old City
our room was in good condition and very clean,
Variety of breakfast was enough and delicious.Staff and service quality was also good.We recomend this property to our friends....

Issues with rooms but resolved after complaining

This hotel would have received 4* from me but the minus points let it down. Here's a summary -

- Management took complaints seriously
Minuses
- Booked two rooms, 1 double and 1 twin. However on check-in they supplied 2 doubles and the twin room offered as alternative was much smaller
- 1 room's bathroom been wasn't cleaned at all and was poor seeing...

Excellent team from reception through to cleaning and kitchen and dining staff. Great customer service and a great quality hotel.
My team and I stayed at the hotel for a week and could not fault the experience overall.
Bektas on reception handled everything on a daily basis and pre arrival ensuring all detailing and information that I required was always available or sought by him.
