I stayed five nights i just checked out today in eleventh floor it was clean the stuff is helpful specially furkan in reception the location is good metro is near maybe 900 meters this hotel for family is excellent furom Istanbul is not far if you want relax try this hotel...

This hotel is definitely not up to standard. 2 days in a row our coffee mugs were not washed. We asked the front desk assist for a scale and was told they don't have one. Not in the least bit interested in even assisting you. No umbrellas as well. Called reception to tell them about not having coffee mugs and nothing was done. Disappointed in the attitude of the staff. The breakfast is so boring...

thrown away my belongings

The location of the hotel is not good and it does not have proper access. I left some of my belongings, including keys to the house, medicines, and a flash drive on the room table, which was thrown away by the cleaning worker in the garbage, which caused problems and cost me a lot of money. This was one of the worst stays in any hotel, a 3 star not 5!
I booked the hotel for our anniversary and left a message telling them I wanted something special to be done in the room. When we arrived they had not set up the room, we waited 30mins after a sleepless night travelling!
