We selected this hotel because of the 4 stars it had on Tripadvisor. When one is on holiday, the last thing one wants is to return in the evening to an uncomfortable room.
1. The double room shown in the photos online were large, but room 103 was tiny and could not accommodate 2 suitcases either. This is deceitful.

A nice pavement terrace which we visited a number of times. The restaurant was also good with the typical Istanbul menu. The chap who served us was friendly and attentive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome....

Yilmaz is the best front office receptionist in Turkey. He is really good, kind and available to provide any information that you need.
When I had a problem with the airport he tried really hard to help us. He is the best.
The hotel is in sultanhamet area and really close to the most important monuments...
