The location of the hotel was very central and close to everything. The only little minus is that the rooms are a bit poorly sound proofed, but if you wake up early to explore the city this shouldn't be a major issue. The most exceptional service, warmth and professionalism I have encountered from many travels, was by Melissa in the reception. Hope she is being acknowledged rightfully....

The Hotel is a nice position close to the histoy sites of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and we had zero problems. The breakfast is tradition (not international)
The room was old and would benefit from a refresh however it had all we needed and it was clean....

We selected this hotel because of the 4 stars it had on Tripadvisor. When one is on holiday, the last thing one wants is to return in the evening to an uncomfortable room.
1. The double room shown in the photos online were large, but room 103 was tiny and could not accommodate 2 suitcases either. This is deceitful.

Review is for restaurant and bar:
A nice pavement terrace which we visited a number of times. The restaurant was also good with the typical Istanbul menu. The chap who served us was friendly and attentive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome....
