Hotel looks very nice on outside and in lobby. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were average -- rooms and hall smelled dank, mildew-y. Was okay for free accommodation via Turkish Airlines. Close to various tourist spots in city, easily accessible via taxi/uber...

The service is simply extraordinary. Upon arrival a valet walked the 40 yards to our Uber to take our bags. Unfortunately at the check in we were greatly distressed when we discovered we lost our passports in the Uber. The hotel manager, Tekin, told us to take a deep breath, calm down and have a seat to relax. After telling the porter to bring us ice cold water bottles he then made calls to Uber to find our car (whic...

The front desk named yaldis who was great and friendly person! We loved her a lot. And the manager named Mr. Tekin, who is full with knowledge. We chose this hotel as part of the Turkish Airlines Istanbul stopover program. It was a very good experience and definitely a place I would return to in the future. The location of this hotel is great, the building was beautiful and classic, room was clean all the staff was helpful and the most interesting thing was breakfast, every evening they play live piano and that was sounds so good, over all I had a great time during my stay, Id definitely choose to go there again...
