It has comfortable and tidy rooms. I was very pleased with the cleaning service, it was great. There are many selection in the breakfast, all fresh and delicious, there are also vegetarian options. I left the best thing for last, the staff. We started our holiday with a warm welcome at the reception. Went in with lot of expectations. But the rooms are really not up to the standards. Old carpets with stains and rooms stinks of cigarette. Added to this they don't have working air conditioning and windows open to a high rise building on the back side obstructing fresh air. It was a terrible experience and will never ever go or recommend any one. We changed the hotel after one night. The two stars are for location an...

Excellent location. 1 minute away from airport shuttles which is incredibly convenient.
Breakfast is ok. The variety is not very wide but whatever they put on table is fresh and tasty.
Cleaning team is good and works fast (Thank you ms. Merjen).
Rooms are clean and bigger than in other hotels in Taxim area.
Our room had both shower and small jacuzzi.

Clean and nice hotel.
Fantastic breakfast buffet.
Very nice and trained staff.
Easy access to public transportation.
The only negative point is the swimming pool which is not easy to use for many people as it is very cold. I caught a cold and had to stay in for 3days....

I was travelling with my mother, staff behav very very badly, we just move our luggage from steps up and down, room and hotel hall smells very badly, i wasn't satisfied with hotel elit world comfy is much better than this hotel.i won't come back to this hotel again...
