Very nice hotel lovely staff especially Mehmat was so friendly & helpful advised on places to go & how to get there.
Left us a cake & fruit when we came back in the evening for my husbands birthday so nice of them.
Spa facilities sauna steam swim jacuzzi gym all great at no extra cost .
Breakfast was nice
Dinner was lovely
Water bottles provided
Rooms nice & clean

Very comfortable and modern hotel, located outside the main tourist area. Lots of little unexpected comforts. The sauna /spa area is great . (Except for one day when I asked for a second (small) towel for my hair and the guy said no ️) Everything is clean and properly tweaked daily . Staff attentive and kind. Fully recommend 🫶thanks for the great week!...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! we had stuff stolen from our room including an expensive dior makeup palette. When asking the receptionist to check, they became defensive and blamed us saying it doesnt cost much anyway. They accused us of eating from the mini bar when we didnt eat anything!!! They took our extra key card and wanted us to pay more for a lost key card. Things were removed from our room without our p...

We had a room booked for a familiar who was hospitalised few days before the date of entry, and, although we booked with a non-refundable rate, the hotel, once certified the hospitalisation, kindly approved the cancellation of the room booked.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Stayed 4 nights and had no complaints at all. All staff are absolutely amazing and a credit to you.
Made very welcome when checking in shown to our room and had everything explained.
Room was adequate with all amenities.
Breakfast was catered for everyone.
Staff always helpful and very willing to help.
A special mention to Arafat (hope I spelt it correctly) and Tolga he became my holid...
