Nice hotel with excellent fares and helpful staff. Located in Nisantasi with enjoyable nightlife & very close to Osmanbey. Although the hotel street has downhill and uphill roads, but it was tolerable.
Kitchen facilities was absolutely useful Actually some building facilities need renovation like windows.
Need to thank all the great staff especially the guy at front desk who helped us to find van taxi at early mornin...

I was pleasantly surprised at this lovely hotel!!
Reception is modern and clean and workers gonout of their way to greet and help you!!
Our room was on the 6th floor and had a good view.
Our room was really spacious and clean.
There is plenty of storage and plug sockets
It's really close to everything.

Excellent location, superior management and cleaning staff. Rooms very comfortable and clean. The location is in the very center of the safest region of Istanbul and the hotel itself is very safe. Please be respectful of the staff. It is a family-owned and operated hotel and they take good care and deserve respectful guests....

Really excellent experience. Stayed for a long time. Probably best hotel experience in my 52 years of traveling. People who wrote a negative review are being unrealistic. For example, Istanbul is the city of 700 hills. Most buildings are built on a slope. As a result, some rooms are very scenic, but those down lower have one side blocked and on the other a window. We were in the apartment with 2 kids for 2 weeks. Every day was a hell.
Room was at the road, the windows were SO thin. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street because you could hear every one and everything.
Household would only make the bed sometimes, not even everyday, didn't even change the sheets for 2 weeks! We had 2 little kids, my daughter dropped juice on the bed. They didn't change the sh...
