I chose to stay here for a birthday trip (5 nights) to Istanbul. I couldnt have picked a better place to stay! Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. Not a 5 star hotel when it comes to service

Pros: great room with free upgrade
Cons: found hairs in dinner buffet, food choice at dinner was limited to 2 meat options and rice/frozen vegetables and they try to scam you for money in every way. They expected us to pay 7 extra to buy a swimming cap to use the pool and quoted airport taxis above 200, when a normal taxi is around 40. They even ask for a deposit of 100 for the mini bar, as if were going to run ...
