Everything was great, breakfast, cleanliness and very very helpful receptionists even though their English wasn't perfect.
Although breakfast was a lovely spread it was exactly the same for 7 whole days.
Rooftop has a fantastic view with seagulls comong for pieces of bread ...

Very nice staff, hotel was not what I was expecting. Not a great area or hotel for older guests. There are name brand hotels not far from this hotel that are not that much more money. We loved the city, and the staff here is very nice....

Feel that the descriptions was a bit misleading for a boutique hotel.

The staff at the facility was very helpful and supportive. However, the property did not meet our expectations in terms of accommodation and surroundings. For the price one could get a better facility in the same area. ...

Stayed here for our second time in Istanbul and I don't think it will be my last.
The cleanliness and comfort could not be faulted! Good Wi-Fi, easy user freindly air conditioning - perfect service from the very helpful staff and well informed staff.
The only thing that could improve was the breakfast - but had we been their earlier they would have probably had more choice.
