We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is excellent. All main Istanbul sights are in a walkable distance. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern are 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Galata bridge -about 15 minutes. It is very easy to find hotel at any time. Just follow tram line. The staff (Irfan and others) were very kind and friendly, ready to help you at any time. The roo...

This hotel is in great loction. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I woul defintely stay at the hotel again.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was very good.
I would definitely rcommnd this hotel to people traveling to Istanbul....

This hotel is great! The staff, the location, everything was great. We received an upgrade for our friends room so we had connecting triple rooms on the 5th floor. The staff is exceptional! The location is great! We had a little issue with the TV bit we actually never used it as we were out all day! I would only suggest slight improvements on the breakfast buffet but its a personal opinion. The SPA is great and good ...

The location is perfect. Close to the tram and a host of sites like the Hagia Sophia. Blue Mosque, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar. The staff was, without exception, extremely accommodating and helpful. They helped with tours, travel to airport and generally provided very helpful information....

Good location close to Sultanahmet squar and the T1 tram. Easy to get to ferries at Eminanu. Close to grand bazaar and spice bazaar.
Hotel is fairly small. 6(?) rooms on 6 (?) floors. It's an older building. There is one lift (which did break down while we were there but was repaired the same day). There are steps to the reception and very high steps into the restaurant from outside. So not accessible.
