Great position, walking distance to grand bazaar, spices bazar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and others. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the manager and Tarik are great, they are meant for their jobs. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good, it is enough to start the day....

Great hotel in a very convenient location.
Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is only blocks away from the major attractions in the old city. The only drawback to this hotel is that its on the edge of the touristy area. I didnt enjoy my first walk to the Grand Bazaar. It was completely safe just not pretty. Streets w...

We had a great stay here , front office to h We had a great stay here , front office to housekeepeing to food and beverage , bellman all of them very friendly. Although some just need to smile more. We are 3 people in this trip so we were given room 206 durin our first and secodn night which is good for 3 people but a bit small , I said that because later on we check in again after our trip from capadocia we were ass...

Everyone was very helpful, our room with shower was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay - the location was perfect, given my current difficulty with walking up hills (Istanbul is hillly!) being close to a tram stop. The roof terrace was fabulous with comfortable seating and a magnificent view over the sea....
