Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the action ! Ideally situated for many of the sightseeing attractions including the Blue mosque Hajia Sophia and the grand bazaar ! We were on a bed and breakfast basis and whilst not particularly suited to the British palate the choice was very good and plentiful with a number of hot options . Staff were excellent and always on hand to help . The spa services were a little hit ...

Excellent hotel so close to Main attractions in Old Town, local restaurants and shops very close by. Staff were so helpful and friendly, great advice on activities and schedules, made the trip for me.
Pool, Sauna and Steam Room well needed after a long day of walking, was a life saver. Thoroughly Recommend ...

From the moment we arrived we got a very warm welcome. We visited as a family of 4 (Parents, sister and myself). All the staff are very friendly, they went out of their way to help several times when we needed assistance. The rooms are small but clean, beds are comfortable and pillows are so soft. Breakfast was average but we always found something we liked. Onur at reception was amazing, thank you to allll the staff...

Very nice hotel in the old city. Very good place with garden and nice wooden houses ottoman style. The team leader at front desk is very friendly. All team is tacking care of you all time of your stay. Enjoiable terrace and lovely swimming pool in the level -1. Breakfasts with lot of fresh cooked stuff. Ownership should be new as noted old feedback different advise by me. Will be back for sure as it is close by foot ...

My family and I went to Istanbul for ten days in July and stayed at this great hotel. The standard of the hotel was at most 4 stars, but the service was beyond excellent! Every person working there from the manager to the cleaning ladies went out of their way to accomodate our stay and make it the most enjoyable hotel experience!
