A really nice hotel

Very central located hotel, parking easy.
Super nice and effective staff. Many smiles even when they were busy. Nice, clean and spacious room. Rooms are protected fairly for noise from traffic and Hamburger Dom. Excellent breakfast with choices for everyone.
For staff in Emporio: keep up the great work
For other Scandic hotels: I would recommend you to visit this place to get inspired!...

Our expectiations where more than fulfilled. Kind and very helpful service and wonderful breakfast we really loved it. What a pity we only stayed for one night ...

We enjoyed a three night stay in the Scandic, a large modern hotel well located at the N edge of New Town. The building is imbedded in a sterile glass walled complex but is within easy walking distance of the Rathaus , hi end shopping and much of what a cultural visitor will want to see in historic Hamburg. And theres an entrance to the citys excellent U-Bahn close by.

I had never been to Hamburg and I wanted to stay in a clean, comfortable place where I could recover from long walks in a new city. The Scandic was perfect. Its front desk staff were very kind, even giving me a bathrobe to wear in my room, after soaking tired feet and legs in the tub in the bathroom. I'd stayed in a Scandic Hotel in Stockholm 22 years ago, so I was familiar with the brand, but this hotel was nicer th...
