A very nice hotel

This is a good hotel - clean , wide choice for breakfast, comfortable beds and warm in winter It is well located being out of the centre but near good transport - S Bahn and buses from outside door take you to the centre .
The staff were friendly -and extremely helpful in particular Venus the receptionist who went out of her way to be helpful with information on transport etc

Lovely hotel, with a relaxed vibe, rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet had so many options, including gluten and dairy free. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when I visit Hamburg....

Not a great experience at this hotel - the first room I was in smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that I couldn't sleep. I changed rooms to the non-smoking floor and it was much better, but the hot water was lukewarm at best in both rooms, so ended up having a pretty cold shower both days. In addition, I paid an extra EUR20 to have breakfast, but even though I was there at 0830am, both the scrambled eggs and th...

Enjoyed my stay here in NH Hamburg. Great facilities in terms of the sauna and steam. The gym was a bit limited, but other aspects such as huge variety of breakfast choices etc made up for this....

It is a pleasure to come to this hotel. It is a clean and uncomplicated hotel. Good food for breakfast and it can get busy, but pick your times.
As far as location, it is a small distance out of central city, but saying this it is more quiet than a central city hotel.
Easy public transportation to the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Taxis around the corner.
